Most quotes for full mouth implants assume a fixed bridge, because that is what patients ask for and what clinics prefer to sell. It is often the right answer. It is not always the only one, and the alternative deserves a fair hearing.
A fixed bridge
Screwed onto the implants and removed only by the dentist. It feels closest to natural teeth, there is no plate over the palate, and nothing moves when you eat or speak.
